We were born almost half a century ago as a civil construction company. The engineer Roberto Ponte founded in the 70’s SIC S.A. (Servicios de Ingeniería y Construcciones SA.) And since then we have been building solutions for a developing society: ports, plants, factories, bridges, dykes among others.

Over the years we reaffirm our commitment by adding the housing sector, such as multi-family and single-family housing.
